The NHS 111 service can provide free advice and medical referrals for mental health problems.

The Lighthouse Physical safe space in Southampton

The Lighthouse is based in Shirley and Bitterne, Southampton, and open from 4.30pm to 11.30pm everyday to provide a physical safe space to discuss urgent mental health issues.
