
The Mindful Zen will deliver an 8-week mindfulness class for 2 hours per week on Wednesdays 6-8pm via Zoom. Running Wednesday 10th September – Wednesday 19th November

- Learn skills to incorporate into daily life to become more mindful

What are the requirements for participants?
- Aged 18 and over
- Have access to Zoom and a camera
- Complete a pre-registration form and agree to meet me before the course starts
- Commit to attending each session. If unable to attend, please contact me to let me know.
- If more than 2 sessions are missed, they will be unable to continue on the course.
- Adhere to the ground rules co-produced in the 1st session
- Read the manual following each session
