BEAT Eating Disorders provides a number of services including advice, information and support, a helpline and web chat service.
Provides information and resources on mental health a range of medications and conditions.
Combat Support provide specialist clinical treatment and support for veterans from the British Armed Forces, focusing on those with PTSD, Complex-PTSD, and moral injury resulting from their experiences during military service.
Talk to Frank provides information, help and advice about drug use. Information can be accessed via the website and support is provided via telephone, text, webchat or email.
GamCare is the leading provider of free advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms across Great Britain.
GamFam offer support through GRA5P – The GamFam Recovery and Support Programme. GRA5P is a structured 5-stage self-help peer support programme, which was designed originally to support those who gamble and people affected by someone else’s gambling. They also run an online support group for those effected by someone else's gambling.
Hampshire Youth Access (HYA) provide counselling, advice and support. The service offers face to face or online counselling and therapeutic work either one to one or via group work.
Healthwatch Southampton is your voice in improving health and social care. Established in 2013 it works to improve the power of patients and the publics voice and ensure their needs and ideas for improvement are listened to and responded to by services.

Life Changes offers a counselling service to people over the age of 18. Life Changes website also hast a number of advice and guidance resources. Fees may apply.
Our horticultural therapies provide a place for people with mental health issues and learning disabilities to develop new skills and be part of a supportive, friendly community. Planting, pruning and spending time in nature makes dramatic improvements to people\'s emotional health, confidence and self esteem, whilst group work helps people overcome isolation, anxiety and loneliness.

Parent Support Link, supports and informs the family and friends of people who use substances (drugs / alcohol) or are problematic gamblers.
We are able to support our young people who have left care up until the age of 25.
We specialise in Narcissistic Abuse & Domestic Abuse, as well as provide support for Racism, Discrimination, and Childhood trauma.
