Our fundraising quiz includes chance to win top prizes

You are invited to book in for our charity Quiz Evening next month to be in with a chance of winning prizes worth hundreds of pounds.

As part of our event on May 12 from 8-10pm at Mettricks, Portswood there will be a raffle with items donated by city businesses.

Our Chair, Sue Hayward, who is also a Mental Health Educator and Trainer, explains: “We’re on a mission to help Southampton become mental health friendly and we’re selling tickets for our Quiz Evening to help with our fundraising, so we can boost awareness.

Happier place

“As an organisation, we’re looking at ways we can collectively collaborate to help make our city a happier place where everyone can thrive. It’s all about how we work together, how we behave towards each other and what we value as residents and workers in our city.

“During the event, there will also be a fundraising raffle with a selection of prizes up for grabs including No. 7 hamper boxes, a gardening toolkit, a Mettricks £10 Gift voucher, paintings, signed books written by one of our members under her pen name and more.”

Tickets, times & how to book

Tickets for our Quiz Evening on Monday, May 12 from 8-10pm cost £6.50 per person, with all the money raised going to the charity.

It is essential places are booked online, in advance, via Eventbrite.
