Have you received support from the Mental Health Liaison Team? Tell us what you think

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust Lived Experience Team is working with the Mental Health Liaison Team to gather feedback from people who have used the service.

The Mental Health Liaison Team provides mental health support to people attending hospital, including those who attend Emergency Departments or are admitted to hospital.

How you can help

We would like to hear about your experience of the Mental Health Liaison Team and any letters you may have received following contact with the service. We are also keen to hear from people who have used the service but did not receive a letter. Your feedback will help us improve the information we provide and ensure our communications are clear, accessible and meaningful.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and every response will help shape future improvements.
