What’s involved
The meetings are an opportunity to chat with other families in similar situations. They are a good place to ask for advice about anything worrying you or to get advice from the team, who all have lived experience. There is never any pressure to talk and it’s fine to just sit and listen.
Who’s it for
The groups are open to parents and carers of children and young people with autism, ADHD or mental health needs living in any area across Southampton. Please note: Children are welcome to attend this specific event.
