Join Sport in Mind for a free and fun weekly drop-in yoga session at Northam Community Centre every Tuesday.These physical activity sessions – led by our wonderful yoga instructor, Michelle – are open to everyone, including people experiencing mental health issues, and people of all abilities (no yoga experience is required).
In addition, there is no need to book and all equipment is provided.
