Southampton’s Memory Cafés are a warm and welcoming space for those who are older in years and may be experiencing memory difficulties. They offer somewhere to share and learn from your own and other’s experiences. There is no referral process, anyone is welcome – just pop in.
Sessions can include activities, performances, talks, singing, music, crafts, games and always a cup of tea and a biscuit!
